Graphic Designer - Andrea Hill
Andrea has always had a passion for designing. It started at an early age creating newspapers on the family computer and grew to creating greeting cards and calendars to use as gifts. Andi earned her Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications in October of 2007 from Westwood College of Technology. She also holds an Associate of Science in Graphic Design and Multimedia. She currently is a budding photographer and just recently earned a certificate from the New York Institute of Photography. In her spare time she likes to watch football and hockey, spend time with her dogs and bird, and create floral arrangements.
Web Designer - Jeffrey Straw
Before co-founding Blank Canvas Creative, Jeff designed various websites as a freelancer and has also worked as a Web Developer for state government. While working for the state of Montana, he designed, developed, and maintained several websites and was involved in the first migration of a division website to a content management system.
His philosophy on building web sites is that it should be affordable for any business big or small and that a bussineses web site should be its most effective form of marketing. He believes that a well-designed website allows even the smallest company to achieve the same kind of exposure as their larger competitors.
His education includes attending UM Helena, participating in online certificate courses at sessions.edu, and taking hands-on classes in intermediate and advanced Adobe Flash. Jeff strives to stay innovative and believes that frequent training is the best way to keep up with the ever changing field of web development.
